Exercise Physiologist

Rockingham
I have always participated in exercise and sports from a young age. Participating in a wide variety of sports; netball, tennis, soccer, softball and rowing, to name a few. Rowing became a major focus for me resulting in podium positions at Rowing Nations in 2016 and 2017. After this point, my focus shifted to non-competitive sports and exercise. Regular gym sessions and running are now my focus with the completion of a handful of half-marathons and one marathon. This passion for sport and exercise is what led me to complete my undergraduate degree in Sport Science, Exercise, and Health at the University of Western Australia (UWA). Wanting to further expand my knowledge and understanding of the human body and how exercise can improve and/or maintain activities of daily living, I completed my Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at UWA.
In my spare time, you’ll find me on coastal walks, coffee catch-ups with friends and long weekends away camping.
