Exercise Physiologist
Hollie Zaragoza
Rockingham
I chose to become an Exercise Physiologist after experiencing firsthand the transformative impact of exercise on rehabilitation and well-being. As a former competitive cheerleader, I’ve always been passionate about sports and physical activity, which naturally led me to pursue a career helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. My experience working in the WAFL further deepened my understanding of athletic performance and recovery. I have a particular passion for working with NDIS clients, especially those with Multiple Sclerosis, as I find the complexities of the condition both challenging and rewarding. Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying the beach, hanging out with my dog Archie or exploring new food spots, embracing a balanced and active lifestyle.
