I am an Exercise Physiologist, and I took on this profession because I like to help people with clinical conditions to minimise their risk factors, recover from injuries, better cope with mental health, maintain and improve a happy lifestyle and well-being. Personally, I love spending time with my family and friends, and play wide variety of sports such as cricket, soccer. I think exercise is one of the most important factors in your life as it helps you to stay active, spend time with your friends and keep you stay positive with your mindset.
