Exercise Physiologist

Rachel Kop

Rockingham
My passion for Exercise Physiology started as a child due to my love of being active and involved in sport and exercise. I grew up pursuing dance from the young age of five and trained in all styles competitively until I was seventeen years old. At this point I changed over to all-star cheerleading where I have gone on to compete at national and world championships over the past seven years. I have always been interested in the human body and how things work. I am particularly interested in the effect of exercise on mental health and helping others train for the life they want to live outside of the gym. I believe that exercise is important for everyone, no matter what your goals are. Outside of working, you can find me in the gym, spending time with friends and family or exploring the outdoors. I have completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at Murdoch University with a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
