I am a caring and empathic Exercise Physiologist who loves to help clients achieve their goals,
improve their quality of life, and reduce pain. After experiencing a chronic injury in 2019 I received
care from an exercise physiologist myself and have a great understanding of what it is like to be on
the other side of treatment.

In 2009 my world was changed when my mother was diagnosed with Huntingtons’ disease, a
terminal illness that I was at risk of having inherited. I decided to change my career pathway for
improved quality of life and found myself working as a personal trainer which I thoroughly enjoyed.
This wasn’t enough for me however and I made the decision to complete a Bachelor of Exercise
Science and Rehabilitation whilst raising two young children. Seven years later I finally completed my
degree and spent my first year out working as a Workers Compensation Specialist. This involved
working with a multitude of musculoskeletal injuries which I thoroughly enjoyed and gained a lot of
experience from.
I take great pride in helping others to heal their body and minds through exercise, and love to see
my patients walk out the door with a big smile on their face following their sessions with me!
